It was nice to pop out that 8.87 carat stone out of CH-6

It was nice to pop out that 8.87 carat stone out of CH-6However, the 1.22 carat variety aren't too bad either.

"1.22 carat sawable, white/colourless elongated octahedron: US$2,378 (US$1,949 per carat)"

That 1.22 carat stone trumps all the diamonds out of the KDI bulk.

The three highest-value diamonds are: a 4.22-carat diamond from Zone B valued at $1,603 (U.S.) per carat, a 2.58-carat diamond from Zone C valued at $1,366 (U.S.) per carat and a 2.38-carat diamond from Zone C valued at $1,196 (U.S.) per carat.

Sure, the diamond price book is weaker now then when CH-6 was evaluated.

Let's say the 1.22 carat then is equal to the 4.22 carat.

Pretty sweet 1.22 carat stone.

LONG...PGD
