My assessment is zero chance of another bid. I am more afraid of an unlikely black swan event killing the bid outright than missing out on an unlikely higher bid. KCK could go back to $2.50. Am good at $4.70 in the market than waiting for this to close. The bird is in my hand versus leaving 5 cents on the table. It's all about how you view risk...it's a personal decision.
The "premium" they paid was only against the share price, not the actual value of the assets. And there is a ZERO chance the buyer will back away, as they are a huge company and this is a small acquisition for them. So there is no risk in holding for a while to see if VII or POU might just take a shot. ZERO risk.
