(TSX Venture: EUO) (“Eurocontrol” or the “Company”), a Canadian public company specializing in the acquisition, development and commercialization of innovative energy security, authentication, verification and certification technologies, announces that further to its press release of August 18th, the Company and SICPA have agreed to extend the 30 day best effort period for finalization of the definitive sale agreement of Eurocontrol’s subsidiary Global Fluids International S.A. (“GFI”) and related assets in order to accommodate the numerous Jewish religious holidays that occur during the month of September into early October.
What part of early October do they not understand. It's not even mid-October anymore, It's October 20th today, it is now LATE October. What the heck is going on here??? If someone gets a hold of Bruce via email or phone can you please ask him if his pants are in fact on fire? Thanks
