In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. I'm sorry but I don't see that as rational.

As for the oil prices, personally I can't make predictions for the short term with such certainty, as other folks here.

This is the problem with PTA fans. They can't read and comprehend. Mouseman did not say OIL PRICES are going to new lows. RIF!
