We also know that management(DEV) has gone from miner of the year to failure of the year. Why would anyone partner up with DML and say they are thinking of shareholders? As was demonstrated with the rejection of the merger..with public companies it's the shareholders that eventually have the final say. DEV has not learned from that and therefore has to go. The market does not and will not trust this management to do what's best for shareholders. Again..jmo
