RE:RE:RE:Techie... just one question.

RE:RE:RE:Techie... just one question.SB, you are wasting people's time here. You always do.

I posted my position that I bought at sub 50s several days ago and bought a big amount (for me) yesterday at 43, sold my margined traders at 50 for a VERY NICE PROFIT today.  Would have kept the PHM except playing on margin is too risky.  I've learned that lesson YEARS AGO.

Still holding core portfolio in my RRSP at sub 50s. Havent's sold but much like I did on the last run, f the run falters (if it does up too fast), I'll sell.  If it gradually goes up, 'll ride it as long as the trades continue to tell me to hold.

Right now, the market is saying it likes PHM and that's good enough for me.  You're one of these old negative guys, I don't think you have ever posted anything positive!    You see the world is black and white, I see colours.

Now, you must be paid by a brokerage or fund to help drive down the price?  Is that legal!?  LOL

Or you are a short. As of last month, there was only 440K shares short or 0.13% of the float so you're quite the steadfast short here.  So we are both contrarians, I'm a positive contrarian, you're a negative one!  :-)
