Lets Move On From The Merger with FCU

Lets Move On From The Merger with FCUHey Mates,

As far as Im concerned, FCU is in the rearview mirror.  They have close to half a billion shares out, fully diluted, little cash left, in real need of financing and sadly just part way along the Exploration stage.  With the down market in U, it will be interesting to see where they can get any further financing.

DML offered them a way out, but greed of the few killed the deal. I expect we will see FCU drift lower over the next year, as those who killed the deal bail.  Sometime in the future DML might want to look at them again, as I think in a year or two the shareholders who are still holding on may be ready to value what they actually own, more realistically.

Lets move forward now with DML. Time to set FCU adrift.

Cheers,

Brit
