Could Management purposely delist CXRX from the NASDAQ?

Could Management purposely delist CXRX from the NASDAQ?... and just go back to solely trading on the TSX? Seems like all the U.S listing has brought us is major volatility as a result of hedge funds, manipulation, and massive shorting. There is absolutely nothing wrong with only listing on the TSX. If they could delist from the NASDAQ, I believe it would benefit retail investors and the long time devoted owners, and stop these greedy hedgefunds from piledriving this stock to the ground. I mean come on, 18% on no new news? That's ridiculous. It begs the question, when do these big money players stop what they're doing? Everything seems to be going great for them, piledrive the stock, let it bounce a fraction of what it's lost, repeat. As long as they're making money, why would they stop? Something's got to change, and fast. A take out is looking like a dream at this point...
