1 million options

1 million optionsMake no mistake, this whole Botswana play will always be a legacy tied to Dr. Grutter.

Gave him 1 million stock options
Gave him a VP title.

He has a Ph.D. and not only that, but several citations. Meaning, people refer to his technical papers and research regularly in new papers and research. I get a citation alert probably once a month with his name.

"Dr. Grtter (Ph.D., P. Geo.) has 25 years of experience in the diamond industry and is a recognized expert in assessing the economic and development potential of kimberlite provinces. After 12 early-career years with De Beers in South Africa and Canada, he spent 4 years with Mineral Services Canada as Principal Consultant and worked on diamond projects from around the globe. From 2005 to 2012 he was Commodity Specialist (Diamonds) and assessed opportunities to grow BHP Billiton's diamond business by exploration or acquisition. In his role with BHP Billiton, Dr. Grtter was the technical representative on the Chidliak Joint Venture Management Committee from 2007 to 2012. He received a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Geology from the University of Cape Town in 1986 and a Ph. D. in Geology from the University of Cambridge in 1993. Dr. Grtter is the first author of several industry-leading publications that relate kimberlitic indicator minerals to diamonds."

Let us see if he can change those kimberlite targets into real kimberlites and then pop out a couple of stones on top of that.

LONG...PGD
