Touchstone Strategic Income ETF V.SIO

Primary Symbol: SIO

The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

RE:RE:Potential Buyers

RE:RE:Potential BuyersFirst was VHS, then came DVDs, then came Blue Ray/HD and now it's all about streaming. VUDU doesn't have a platform to stream 3D - you have to download.  Also, I believe Netflix didn't continue to pursue 3D given its complexity relative to Netflix's own market opportunity...I believe they'd be glad to buy a 3D turnkey operation for a small sum as an added feature which can bump up revenues (pay for itself) and more importantly....I'll say it once more, but more importantly is the relationships/negotiating power it brings with the Hollywood Studios...Netflix wants to expand globally...So I see a Netflix as the Wal-Mart and the Hollywood Studios as a manufacturer...3D in a Netflix's pocket is just another added negotiation tool it could use (along with its scale) to get better content deals with Studios.  Oh yeah, Sensio has global patents that come with the company so as to protect its investment/buyout as well as provide additional licensing revenue for any potential buyer.
