Touchstone Strategic Income ETF V.SIO

Primary Symbol: SIO

The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

RE:Anywhere near the magic #

RE:Anywhere near the magic # Now that we are past LG and Samsung roll-out, and international roll-out coming, I think we need to drop the 50K goal...I don't think is a magic number...First I believe is artificial - I don't think has any bearing on revneue targets.

Instead, we should shoot for user numbers that may indicate postive cash flow.  My previous analysis of this is that it is aorund 200k.  This is very rough, and lots of changes due to costs redcutions, or increases in sales, patent revenues, will move this number around...but, I'd rather have a target like this, than just a arbitrary number.

How fast we get there will be interesting analysis...based on last quarter growth of users from previous at 20%, means cash flow postive is a couple of years away with lots of issues associated with that...need for PP etc.  However, if the 20% user growth/quarter ramps up - then cash flow is within a year or so.

Next week's Q1 will be an interesting read.
