I think it would be unheard of for one to be buying while he could be in a PP at a lower price with the bonus of a warrant . He must have a huge amount of faith in this project . I can`t see any other angle that would be to his advantage . These insiders hold so many shares now they could never dispose of them to the public without destroying the share price
