Just Voted, For the Deal, But Against the Rollback

Just Voted, For the Deal, But Against the RollbackHey Mates,

I just voted our family's shares, first in favor of the deal (Item 1), but against the 10:1 consolidation (Item 2).

Had they come to us with a 5:1 rollback instead of the 10:1, I'd have very likely accepted it also.  Hopefully they will realize their mistake and reconsider.

You can bet that if a 10:1 rollback were approved, EDV would go private within a year, as the smaller retail shareholders, with their dramatically reduced positions, would have little say going forward.

As a public company, given, say, no consolidation, we would have an exceptional chance of seeing $5+.  On a similar note, if the new group were to take us private we might see maybe $1 - $1.50.  JMHO!

Cheers,

Brit
