Hodges Payment of $850,000

Hodges Payment of $850,000I found the info. It is a change of control clause of $500,000 US and one year at $180,000US = ~$850,000 CDN. Not uncommon in the business. I don't like it but it is what it is. The worst case is having Benavides running the company.
