If the market value is indeed 50% higher then why would they not institute a normal course issuer bid and buy back units ?

Oh yes, cash is tight, barely able to pay distributions and likely not even debentures coming due.

Perhaps, just perhaps the market is right as stocks trades at $3.20 today .. hmmmmmmm ?

Is same asset NOI still falling ?
