RE:RE:RE:Better securities regulations

RE:RE:RE:Better securities regulationsTry again! explaining why we need short selling ShortTracker (your ID says a lot!  LOL)

There are 100 shares, people want them,  sellers decide what they want to sell it and buyers decide what they are willing to pay.  That's who the markets should work.  MM are middlemen that are obsolete! Most are machines anyway.   And they are now mostly tools for market manipulation.

There is no need to "set" the price, "peg" the price or "even out" accounts.

So  you're not explaining why we need this market manipulation tool called "short selling".

Anyway, this  is all "pie in the sky" discussions.  For now, smart investor and traders can look for short seller attrocities and profit by buying at the short seller's depressed priced.   Surpised we only went up 22% today! ;-)

NHC at sub $5 and (CXR at sub $50) are a true firesale!  I can't see any downsides from here !  (excetpt putting up with brainless paid NHC bashers that aren't on my ignore list!  ;-)  LOL     Let's try to find who hires them - bet you itt's the short sellers.
