is not a bad thing, some times the best move is no move
say they bought a company two months ago for x dollars and the company they just closed is now worth 30 percent less
they are locked loaded and ready to pounce once all this dust settles
dont preach this and that when you have no idea

If they have multiple drug targets they can buy at 5 x ebitda the owners of that cash flow aren't going to sell those cash flows for 30% less just because the msl stock price is down. Again it wouldn't make sense. Most sane people realise when the multiple comes down the model breaks. It would be easy to raise money and do deals if the stock was trading higher but the fact this tire is deflating more and more by the week tells you the market is growing weary on the story. Raising money at $3.00 and now trading where it is yet still no deals when they were so abundant? I could see why people who participated would be angry and take a loss for better opportunities. There is no way thay could raise money at this level and most institional investors realise bought deal participants become short attack targets by taking buying pressure out of the market in this environment. Its too bad, this is just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Hard to get organic growth out of legacy pharmaceuticals and share price is too low to raise money to buy anything meaningful. Could be dead money for a while when other names are setting up great trades.
