You are judging the product - and by extension, the company - by one single, very specific experience that could be caused by a number of reasons. Have you even tried contacting them for technical support?
This sound like the typical customer ramblings you'll find on a company's Yelp or Facebook page from someone looking for attention or handouts rather than trying to get help for their issue by contacting the company directly. If you're really considering an investment in SIO, do your homework and look for actual relevant information about the company such as its track record, roadmap, product uptake, expenses and revenue.
