RE:Shorts are NOT backI give you fuill marks.  I am thinking very similarly to you. 

a few points:
- agree that the registered shorters had very little to do with the fall in the share price. Maybe much more
naked shortinging though  but still not the main source of selling - the main source of selling  would probably
be the sector rotation out of the Healthcare sector. I think money is moving into  other sectors.  Since hedge
funds were the main owners of CXR andothers, then make sense.
- CXR and VRX were receivig very high multiples  by the markets because they weregrowing  so extrordinairely
quickly due to grow by acquisition and sharp price increases. Both of those are at an end so I would not expect them
to return to their old high multiples. As a result the shareprice may peak slower and not rise as high. 
- companies like VRX and CXR that sturcture themsleves so they pay less US taxes as in the target of the 
US government. They will do everything in their power to get their fair share. As such this makes these companies less desireable to investors.
