You don't get it. I am a dog, I like running with dogs! If PHM wasn't a dog, I wouldn't be here!

But charliedog only likes running uphill. Running with dogs downhill is bad. This PHM dog is at the bottom of this hill. Only way if UP! charliedog just wondering which healthcare hill is better! Too many hills! Too many bones! Now three hills to pick from for charliedog. Which is better?
