some uncertainty for a promising concept, IMHO

some uncertainty for a promising concept, IMHO1. Can AMY soon form official JV or RTO with " Kemetco Research to demonstrate on a bench scale that the conceptual process can treat spent lithium ion battery cathode materials, producing rejuvenated materials suitable for reuse in new lithium ion batteries" ?

2. What would be the business conditions?

3. As AMY has little working capital, can they get sufficient financing soon?

4. As this is only a conceptual process so far without even a minimum bench scale test, some technical difficulties may arrise.  For common invetors, it is too difficult to make a judgement before seeing the data.

5. There is a quite long way for a good concept to become a successful business.  It needs lots of venture capital and time.

So, I will keep wait and watch untill ...
