atomicboy - The point I was trying to make in my earlier post is that I am not aware of this happening to anyone else in the past. I use the service, I know others that personally use it, and I closely follow internet forums  where discussion about 3DGO has gone up tenfold over the past 6-9 months, as well as 3DGO's facebook page. Yet nobody other than greywoofss seems to have had this problem.

I'm not saying he's wrong or lying. He may very well be having this issue for some strange reason. That was why I asked him his model of TV and whether we tried any other trailers or movies and he has yet to provide that info. The other thing that would be useful is to know exactly what the error message said. More than likely, if he's having an issue, it's a configuration issue on his end, and should easily be sorted out if he contacts 3dgo. I wouldn't stress about it.
