Thanks for the link, very interesting. I know nothing but I see an opportunity right now to sell apartment reits and buy office reits. That's the trade right now. But I could be wrong......
By the way, I like the photo of those guys posing in front of the huge office building, where their firm probably leases some space from an office reit. ;-)
