With my limited level 2, I cannot see who this is (I have no IDs).  It does not seem like the
actions of an institutional investor.  Who on earth would try to do this in one transaction??

I noticed it too & wondered why an individual (or maybe it is institutional - anyone know how to tell for sure?) might place a single order for more than twice avg. daily volume. Surely someone with $224K worth of NIF would have something more liquid in their portfolio with which to raise a quick $224K cash. A fill would seem unlikely for their 80K share order. I'm sure more order to sell at $3.15 isn't going to fill today. -GLTA
