Araxa is a vertically integrated rare earth element and niobium mine and extraction plant project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

MBAC Office For Lease Dec. 2015

So they are confident that they don't need an office come December or they are moving and have something lined up. They also use to ahve suite 1250 but didn't need all the space anymore with all the layoffs. They are currently in suite 1900.
