RE:nat gas

RE:nat gas the market is so focused on the supplty side that you don't hear too much about the increases in demand, dor industrial, coal retirement in power plants, even closing of nuclear power plants in the next few years plus the biggest growth in demand to come from LNG exports.

so yes there is lots of NG even though storage iis not that far above 5 year averages and when consideirng that demand is far in excess of what it was 5 years ago, then we could see big downdowns even in a normal winter or warmer than normal as long as supply growth slows and demand keeps growing.

LNG exports are going to grow for the next 3 to 5 years, and that will eventually take a big slie of NG production going forward.

but for now the traders have the game well in hand and with bull and bear ETF's and shoritng, volatility makes the banks  lots of profit.

it's getting harder  and harder to understand if it's fundamental market or a trading market based on man made myths about over supply.

if it's fundamental, then business rules will always prevail, produce for a profit or don 't produce at all.

we shall see how winter 2015/16 develops
