RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ShortsCapitulation is when a stock accelerates to the downside on high volume.
We already had capitulation when it got to $30cad people couldn't believe it
and it then went to $25.....that's classic capitulation.
The last 2 days have been normal selling of people who bought on the
capitulation, and those in for a quick buck are selling.
Bullchart knows his stuff, but he said it might go to the high $37's but hes
not sure it will even go that low.
Down to high $37's is not capitulation , below $25 would be capitulation 
and I don't see that in the cards.
Your Tara cards are flawed.
