RE:Question about previous earning report

RE:Question about previous earning reportYou cannot mix up cash flow statement and income statement. In non accounting words, cash flow is more economical presentation. Income statement based on accounting principles that sometimes don't show reality especially startup or firm at a development stage. I pay great attention at cash out every period and how long this has been happening? Next I would check inventory turnover,, AR write off tendency etc. All above things present in cgc but mostly sheep's start running after . If liberal don't legalize in 6 months, cgc will need another financing. All sheep will fell from mountain.

My question is how can Tweed earned net profit based on 1.7m$ revenue? The cash burned for that quarter is more than 6M$.

I am not accountant, so can anybody shed some light here?

But the market did not move when the news was released. Somehow, the market ignored it completely.

So what would be the defination for Cash flow positive?

The Ontario-based company earned a net profit of $1 million or two cents per share in the three months ended June 30
