2 issues of 1o,ooo,ooo each, 10,ooo units each is:
10M/10k = 1000 x 2 = 2000 units total x 2500 purchase warrants (1 share entitled) = 5M shares, with the 13.5% interest on each deb.

the worst part to me is the 13.5% and getting shares this January well below 1.00/share. And the shares will be kept low low for longer - And i want out of this pathetic company at 1.50. It isnt happening is it.
