I beleive that the well crafted article was clearly designed to push the sock down. The legal action is unfounded (and anyone who hold this sock and signs up for the class action is actually hurting themselves). Confidence has been shaken, but earnings reports dont lie. Last Q was 47 million. I think confidence will be re-setablished and the value will rise.
Most of NHC's EBITDA is recorded in Q4 due to the cyclical nature of insurance reimbursements in the US. Q3 should be fine and in line with expectations, maybe even a beat but @ $4, Q3 and Q4 are already priced in based on the $44mm EBITDA that management has previously guided for with 90+ million shares now outstanding.
The $65 million EBITDA they guided for in 2016 won't be confirmed until March 2017, when Q4 is reported.
