RE:Pipe educa......cheetio - now I know you are a (paid ?) basher with an agenda to create fear/uncertainty/doubt for shareholders. Why would you even bring up the issue of a PIPE offering when that is not what TST did ?
If you just yesterday sold all your TST shares why would you have any interest in posting to this board anymore ?
