Budget should be good for enterprise with infrastructure

investments in schools, hospitals etc. tunneling, city piping of water-sewage and more. 2 of our 3 areas should certainly benefit. Oil sector should stumble on but still has workloads. MNGT better be proactive on ALL THESE POTENTIALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
