RE:US Shorters targeting Candian Companies

The very least that should be done is an end to naked short selling. That is an abysmal practice. I am not sure if is legal wrt TSX-listed stocks, or the extent to which inter-listed NYSE companies are targeted. But it is vile and unfair.
