I don't think it was on any news. I just think it was normal trading. It looks like the oil trade has fizzled a little bit. PRE never really got into it. That is why I have been adding to it. I think it will have it's turn, but you just never know. I know there are debt covenants issues that is a headwind for the share price right now and going forward and also the tax loss selling. If oil prices climb than the share price will increase. If the oil price stays range bound here than PRE will stay under $3 and bounce around for the next month. I would still and I am going to continue to accumulate during this period of possible weakness. I am just going to keep adding on weakness. We just might see a bit more weakness over the next month or so. Who knows for sure.
