Frontier Lithium Inc. is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of lithium mineral properties in Ontario, Canada. The Company is engaged in a pre-production business with a focus to be a strategic and integrated domestic supplier of spodumene concentrates for industrial users as well as battery-grade lithium hydroxide and other chemicals to the electric vehicle and energy storage markets in North America. The Company’s flagship asset, PAK Lithium Project, located about 175 kilometers (km) north of Red Lake, Ontario in the Red Lake Mining District and encompasses close to 27,000 hectares (ha). It also has two other spodumene-bearing discoveries, such as the Bolt pegmatite, which is located between the PAK and Spark deposits, as well as the Pennock pegmatite, located 25 km northwest of the PAK deposit within the project claims. Its lithium products include spodumene concentrate and lithium hydroxide monohydrate.

I agree the price should be higher, but I think one thing, aside from what I mentioned in my last post, is that getting into production is a big hurdle to overcome. The company has been raising small financings of a few $100k at a time without too much difficulty. To get into production however will require $10s of millions or more. There are many companies that make it to the stage of HLM that never get too production. I have heard a figure that only 1 in 1,000 junior mining companies will ultimately be successful and make serious money. The bet you are making in buying now is that the reserves will prove out and that management (and I believe this to be the case) will be able to raise the funds and manage the project. Getting the mine into production is where I think were management should stand out from most other junior mining management teams and this should help them raise the funds when we get to that point. We are still a long way from a $38 billion valuation.
