RE:RE:Euro Pacific's upgrade to $1.70 - anyone have the report?1) Why should they pay to change the OTC listing symbol?  People would grumble at them throwing money away.

2) Why should they pay change their OTC listing, when it will possibly be "upgraded" to a NASDAQ listing in the future, when they could change it then?
