Government procurement

Government procurement I think DEIMOS2 had first light in 2014 and is now selling (I'm assuming to government) mid-late '15, which means there's likely a 12-18 month lag.  I'm not sure where DGI is at, but you could probably map when their assets were launched against the corresponding bump in revenues to get a rough idea (no perfect).

I'd guess UR is wrangling for government contracts, but aside from the previously stated MOUs this may take some time.  I've bid on government contracts (albeit in different sectors) in the past, and a 3-6 month turn is not unheard of.  The upside is that they buy more, and for longer periods of times.

All that being said, if you ignore the HRC hiccup (hold the laugher), I doubt UR is behind their peers in the time it's taking them to turn the taps on.
