RE:Momentum builder!

RE:Momentum builder!
Solver wrote: So Dev. and Ross…..What did you bring us from China to give us that strong positive momentum you mentioned in your update?  Your hat in your hands and a generous stack of travel allowance bills?

Where is your China mega news release?  How much did your trips actually cost the shareholders?

Here is a good constructive idea…..tell us!  Is your distracting memo just that, distracting us from a failed China trip…..again?

I am still in a quandary as to why with an “extremely positive PEA” and “once in a life time asset” you tried to give it away to a non-entity?  You keep mentioning it!

How does one (FOCI) executive with minimal nominal shareholding, get such amazing results so FCU has to change their corporate governance practice (more wasted funds)?  If he gets such amazing results with basically nothing….think of what he might achieve with a few bonus shares in an executive position!?  If nothing more, it gives mgmt. a reality check!  Can’t see the threat.

“We are willing to talk and meet with our fellow shareholders at any time”, seems to be a complete turn around from a statement made shortly after the town hall debacle of “no point meeting with disgruntled share holders!  What to believe….what is the flavor of the day?

Some might take my posts as management bashing but it is far from that.  It is concern for my share value along with others who have honestly done their due diligence on the fantastic PLS property, only to have experienced DOWNWARD MOMENTUM from the 1st un-necessary dilution……. to the buying of FUU shares………. to the failed merger….. to the non-productive (as far as we know) China trips etc.

WE HAVE TO STOP THE FINANCIAL BLEEDING!!!  We need accountability at the very least!  The finances have to be severely tightened up to weather present conditions.  Get rid of any dead wood!

Having discussed the FCU situation with other investor friends it appears they share my feelings that Dev. must go, that, is unanimous.  On the other hand they seem to feel that Ross has enough credibility to take over the temporary reins and continue contributing, until a suitable, highly qualified CEO is found and that Ross can continue to keep his present position.  I can see merit in this but personally still wonder?!  Anyway, my friends have many years of hands on mining experience/production/exploration so I would trust their judgement.

We can well imagine the interest that an open position for CEO might generate from Ultra Well Qualified Experienced candidates vying for the top position in the best Uranium find in over 40 years.  I doubt that we would have to settle for second best!  In fact, that might just be the ultimate momentum builder.

PLS remains the premier discovery with the best yet to come!  Patience is profit.

Have your dessert forks ready!

Right on the money solver. Put it on care and maintenance ..........cut the deadwood. Hunker down and ride the storm out. No more jet setting. Besides it was said there are no interested buyers at the moment. Sooooo stop rest and wait a bit.
