Maybe if they actually owned a little stock they would see what baffoons they are. The fact that they won't listen to the owners of the company shows they are criminal. And, the fact they think this is a good deal shows a high level of incompetentcy. Only hope then is that someone puts an injunction on deal and we get rid of both BOD and the management.
