72 h until the Lumia 950 hits the shelves. A serious phone by a trustworthy company that believes in itself and doesn't throw its customers under a bus.
If the Priv has all the unique features that Blackberry users love, (hub, calendar, keyboad, shortcuts, gestures etc) still has QNX at its core, and works seamlessly with BES, then what can be wrong with a hybrid OS that also incorporates an android look, feel and access to google store and apps that might appeal to the majority of mobile phone users world wide? My only reservation is to wait for the professional reviews after using the Priv for a week or more. Needless to say, if the Priv is a success, lower cost models will quickly follow......there is a good chance that android users, once introduced to the main and unique blackberry features, will love the new hybrid OS, resulting in dramatically increased Blackberry hardware sales over one cell phone life cycle. That alone could mean at least a doubling in Blackberry's share price.
