TRX Gold Corporation is a Canada-based company, which is advancing the Buckreef Gold Project. The Company is engaged in the exploration, development and production of mineral property interests in the United Republic of Tanzania. The Buckreef Project's prospects include Buckreef, Bingwa, Tembo, Anfield, Eastern Porphyry and Buziba. The Buckreef Project encompasses three main mineralized zones: Buckreef South, Buckreef Main and Buckreef North. The Company produces gold at its 1,000 tons per day processing plant. Pozen and Tribute both filed amendments so that Aralez can do it's S-4. Tribute's amendments is pretty much inconsequential, they just removed some Statements from their filings but reading the latest S-4 from Aralez it looks like Tribute shareholders will not have a vote on the merger unless I am reading it wrong.

I am keeping the shares because to be honest our vote wasn't going to matter anyway. Just the optics are bad. I suggest everyone reviews it.
