Agreed. The problem is the garbage and alarmism spewed every day by the blockheads on TV.
They say whatever their employers tell them to say, and those people have their own agenda. Meanwhile, Reits are the only way for the little guy to buy a piece of an office tower, and certainly the only way we can buy in for near half price. ( If Dream Office was $40, it would still yield 5.4% )
Translation: This is all good!
