Maybe all publicly listed companies and the management teams behind them should now be looked at in the same light as Valeant! Let's face it, there is just too much fraud and corruption going on behind the scenes in the Market, yet the Regulators are sitting back and allowing it to occur!
Sadly, here in Canada due to our corrupt Provincially controlled securities regulators, the fraudsters and scammers can do almost anything they want while the Regulators openly refuse to enforce the laws!
Monday morning, if the AMF or even the SEC are committed to doing their job, we will see a CTO placed on Valeant stock until this mess is cleared up! Right now the Market regulators need to set up to the plate!

if some nitwit wants to double his money or get yield north of 10%, then they get no sympathy from me. it's a fine line between protecting greedy idiots and letting the market operate freely.
