As suggeted by YodaMan he would buy the units
at say 3.00. Why would he buy at three because he sees them going to 4.00 and above, otherwise he would not buy them. Both of these guys, HockeyPuck and Yoda are not even close at figuring this out. The fact is they do not believe in NAV, but I do. So does Moray and McCowan and the current Trustees, would not accept an offer below 5.00 for the portfolio.
