RE:Federal and Caisse (french)

RE:Federal and Caisse (french)As we know the Quebec Government will own almost half of the C-Series program. And if the Federal Government and the Caisse de Depot du Quebec invest togheter the same amount in the C-Series, they will practically own the other half of the program???.....lol

By the way, what are they going to leave for the simple shareholders like us?....Halloween peanuts???....lol  I personnaly don't believe at all that they need so much money. Don't forget that they had a big financing of 1.1 Billion $ last February (just 8 monts ago).  Where did that money go? And when they start delivering some C-Series next year, they will collect few hundred millions $ quite fast after few months. And most of the big companies usually take many months to pay their suppliers...

Do you think that it is fair to give almost half of the C-series to the Quebec Government because they will invest only 1 billion $ and the C-Series program has already cost 4 to 5 billions $...?  I think that it is a great deal for the Quebec Government because they arrive when the big risks are almost gone and they also save many thousands well paid jobs in Quebec.

As shareholder, I don't really like to see so much dilution coming. But if BBD gets so many billions $ like that, it could reassure so much the potential customers and probably some financial analysts and it could probably be great for the SP in the long term view. But in the short time view, it could be very ugly for the SP like it happened few days ago.

The management of the company should take time to explain clearly to the shareholders why they need so much money. After the financing of last February, we have been told that they had enough money to finish the project of the C-Series. And few months later, they ask for few billions $ more.....  Buy low and sell high!   Do your own dd. Good luck to all. IMO
