RE:RE:Smoking Gun?why would Wall street firms continue to support Valeant until they absoultely can't (I am certianly not sure  it will come to that)?  Valenat was the fourth largest source of fees etc last year for Wall street because of all the merger activity that Valenat does.

I suspect VRX's  reputation willl be dragged thru the mud for a while and they will be subjected to fins and such but they won't be going out of business like some claim. Their biggest danger is that their business model is forced to change and their future as a leading growth stock is over which will mean much lower multipes for their share price. But is that already built into the share price?
