Do anyone think any of Syncrude's partners will bid ?The other partners are IMO, Nexen, Sinopec and Mocal & Murphy... Looks only like IMO, Nexen and Sinopec have the gun powder... They are so horribly silent that surprise me because they are the ones (apart from COS) who will be most affected by bullying Williams stepping in !
