Why leave this stock?
This is about the only ''sane'' high dividend and low P/E around. I have some REITs at a lose (even purchased at low prices, but not low enough I guess! Lol!), and they are not performing anywhere near this one. Am anxious to see the Q3 results with Voyageur taken into account! Heads-up for that Hydro-One IPO guys! Might be another winner!
