RE:RE:70% Insider Holdings

RE:RE:70% Insider HoldingsI know that in the past LKS has talked about going private and I suppose that this fiasco might be the catalyst that persuades him to do so. In the event that he went private what rights do the 30% shareholders have with regards to the price that it could go private? Is it possible to block a very low price (under 20 bucks) or would he have the ability to take it private at virtually any price he wanted given his 70% share? I did read about some guidelines regarding this type of move but can't remember the details. On another note, it is incredible to think that Li Wan gas is locked in at a price that is more than 4 times what natural gas is going for in N. America. The potential for more deals with China was what attracted me to this stock. How many Canadian based companies are at the front of the Chinese energy market with Husky? It is unbelievable what has happened to the Husky share price but right now the talking heads and analysts have convinced the entire World that there is a massive glut that will last for a decade. Little wonder that energy investors around the World are throwing in the towel but no way would I sell at these levels. Husky will survive the downturn for even the most pessimistic of "analyst" time frames.
