It is not speculation. It is common sense. If Trudeau really mentions anything on the first day about legalization of Marijuana, then he is really like what Conservetives said, he is "not ready" for politics.

It seems that lot of people are hoping he will set a time table for legalization, so, it means once there is nothing mentioned at all, there will be a sell-off.

Keep some cash aside. Keep your powder dry.
